Dave was outstanding to work with. He made sure all of the properties in Fort Myers were available to see. He kept in touch through the sale and was available to handle our situation as we closed remotely. I would highly recommend working with Dave. Dave is the best realtor I've ever worked with. His level of dedication is unmatched. We've purchased our home and my parent's home recently with him and the experience both times has been excellent. He stays on top of the process making calls to all the parties involved even beyond his responsibilities all so that nothing falls through the cracks. In both of our purchases he was the reason why the process was expedited as much as possible. I totally recommend him and will continue to use him for all mine and my family's future purchases. AWESOME REALTOR!!

Dave was very helpful with our condo purchase. We told him what we wanted to spend and he negotiated with the seller perfectly. in a matter of hours we had the deal done. We would highly recommend Dave. He took care of all closing requirements and told us what we needed to do and when. Thanks Dave for a great experience

It was truly a pleasure working with Dave when I purchased my house. He was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the scary process of buying a new home. Dave was a great in helping me find the right place. We had to do this long distance as I will living in Canada. He presented me with more options than what I could find on the internet. Was most helpful to me as a first time buyer. I would highly recommend his services.
